A severe case of dandruff can be cured by using Apple Cider Vinegar.  It helps restore the moisture in the scalp and hence prevent it from scaling.

To use :
Dilute 1 part of apple cider vinegar with 1 part of water and spray onto the scalp.
Allow this to dry out
Then rinse your hair and let it dry normally.

Repeat once everyday for 2 weeks minimum.

The vinegar not only helps get rid of the dandruff but helps improve the hair texture as well.

Beware of the radish(itch)

Now Radish can be a difficult vegetable to handle. Here are some tips to help make your experience cooking with radish hassle free.
* Wear gloves to prevent the radish from touching your skin.
* Use a muslin cloth to squueze juice from the radish. Prevents it getting to the back of your hand where it itches most.
* If the juice does touch your skin, then wash the area with water immediately.
* If you start getting the itch and your skin turns red, apply some coconut oil and then dance away or do anything that keeps your mind from the itch. In about an hour, things should all be normal.

But always remember, precaution is better than prevention

Cleaning the washing machine

Every once in a while, it is a good idea to clean the washing machine. May be at least when you move into a house where the washing machine has been used by the previous tenant.

In a mug, mix in quarter mug of vinegar and 2 tbsp of baking soda. Add this to the washing machine and let it run one full cycle.

This helps remove any of the dirt buildup and gives a fresh smelling washing machine.
